Aging: Mild Cognitive Impairment

As you grow older, your body and abilities change. One of the challenges of growing older is keeping fit, both physically and mentally. There is a condition known as Mild Cognitive Impairment, which is a condition of memory impairment. Some people who suffer from MCI will go on to get Alzheimer's disease, but not necessarily.
