I think it's great that medicare is now covering this surgery. For some it is the best answer to dramatic weight loss, and can improve their lives on so many levels.

I don't mean to shift the blame here... but consider that we're up against billion dollar fast food advertising ads. It's EVERYWHERE! Not really a fair fight in my eyes.

I think it says a lot that weight loss surgery is now covered for older Americans. I mean, what happened to diet and exercise. I don't mean to criticize.. but we gotta get a grip on our weight! Period.
