i have not eaten at a McDonalds and only a couple of times at any other fast food restaurant since I watched Super Size Me.

I like this video and I believe that raw can have dramatic effects- but I was always taught "everything in moderation". I just couldn't give up meat and brew.

I can eat veggies and all that stuff, but it would be incredibly hard for me to give up meat and cheese. I just don't see how I can do it.

I tried eating raw for one week. It is extremely challenging but I felt great. You have to be disciplined and dedicated and rich :) It's quite expensive to eat raw/organic foods all the time.

I saw the movie where the guy was eating only McDonald's. I never looked at eating fast food the same since.
