The Beginning Anxiety of my Relapse into Anorexia

Added: August 5, 2008 | Time 03:57 | Views: 141

About 6 months ago, my anorexia came back to haunt me- after 6 years of remission. Struggling with clinical depression for the first time was a trigger of my disorder, and at a vulnerable time in mine, and my family's life- I was thrown for a loop back into obsessions about weight, calories, and food.

3 months ago I began recovery when I came home from college. With the help of my family, my friends, my psychologist, my art therapist, and people suffering online, I was able to regain some of my life back.

This is the video I made when I first opened up about my depression and anxiety... it is also the first time I was honest with myself about how I think I may be relapsing back into a mindset I had thought was forever gone from me...
