So water does help you in losing weight. LOL. I get what you mean, but your explanation sort of contradicted what you said about water not helping you lose weight. You could have been a bit more clear on it, but I guess you needed to stir things up by saying it didn't help.

Maybe you should have titled it "You Arent Suffering from Water Deprivation" or something like that. Essentially, you need to move and eat healthier to lose weight. You need water if you workout, to replenish, not force the body/liver to work etc, all those things you said. So, water does aid in weight loss.

it's good that he brings this up. i speak for myself when i say that i sometimes forget the amount of calories in drinks.
