A proper diet is so important. It is amazing how much junk there is out there for us to eat. Cardiovascular disease is an epidimic for both adults and children. This needs to change..

Wow. I didn't realize that the number of people with heard disease was so high. That is really scary, but good to know that a change in diet can prevent heart disease.
