You know, its not just fast food restaurants that are bad for people. 95% of restaurants used junky processed foods that just aren't going to be good for you. It seems that practically the only way to make sure you are eating good food is to make it yourself, and even better, grow it yourself.

Alot of restaurants have nutritional content now. I write down my favorites then I get a better idea of how many fat grams I get.

Monitoring fat grams is pretty hard for me. I eat out a lot so it is hard to judge how much fat is in some foods. I do try to wear a pedometer but most days I don't make 10,000 steps - my goal.
