While this is aimed at "Summer Foot Care" it mostly discusses running "foot gear." I am interested to know what kind of effect wearing flip flops really has on me. I've heard that it is not good for the arches of my feet but also my lower back as they do not supply proper support. Clearly

it's hard to trade fashion for comfort but I'll give it a try. I'm interested to know among fashion athletic shoes which ones will work best. And do Dr. Scholls really help reduce back pain?

It is not the injuries I have to worry about but the dry skin because of the sandals during the summer.
